one of a number of paintings in a series of paintings nd mixed media called the legendary hummingbirds series with a visual dialogue f the hummingbirds journey and travel or adventures in a carnival of the animals they once in a landscape of color. This series of art works was done after a trip to Trinidad where they have a large bird scan tray o the humming bird also a symbol for the country and I took my inspiration with this research alongside a visit to Trinidad national art gallery to draw upon a cultural tradition to inspire the series of paintings.
